This site has no accounts, no forms, and collects nothing itself. Two kinds of processing happen when you visit:
1. Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), acting as our processor. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request metadata transiently to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — operating and securing a free website. Transfers to Cloudflare are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses.
2. Aggregate analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement beacon that reports aggregate page-view counts. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and uses no cross-site identifiers or fingerprinting. Your play-money balance, statistics, and settings are stored only in your browser's
localStorage, under the key pg.v1. They are never transmitted anywhere
and we cannot see them. Clearing your browser data deletes them. Live market data is
streamed directly from public exchange endpoints to your browser; we run no server in
between and receive none of it.
This site sets no cookies — not for analytics, not for anything else. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Under Art. 15–21 GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Since we hold no personal data about you beyond the transient hosting logs described above, most requests will be answerable immediately. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the data-protection authority of your place of residence.
PRESSURE GRID is a free play-money game for entertainment only. There are no deposits, no prizes, and no cash-out; play-money balances have no monetary value. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, or trading advice; the displayed market data and derived "multipliers" are game mechanics, not price predictions. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, including availability, accuracy of data feeds, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; mandatory statutory liability (e.g. for injury to life, body, or health) remains unaffected.
This is a personal, non-commercial hobby site: it carries no advertising, generates no revenue, and serves no business purpose. We therefore rely on the personal/non-commercial exemption from the Impressum obligation (§ 5 DDG / § 18 MStV reasoning). This decision is recorded here and must be revisited if the site is ever monetized in any form.
